4PP Method Calculator


This tool can be used to calculate the sheet resistance measured by a four-point probe (4PP) for two layered structures assuming an arbitrary contact resistivity between the layers. The tool can also be used to calculate the contact resistivity from experimentally measured sheet resistance values, using the standard and extended 4PP methods. 

The program features a graphical user interface, and can be run as a standalone executable on Windows. MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) R2020a should be installed to run this program successfully, which can be done either manually from the link below or through the installer provided with the program.
